Kannan, 22, hailing from Thoothukudi has been arrested for making obscene calls to a girl and her relatives.
He was working in a grocery shop in Malumichampatti when he met a college girl near his residence. Since then, attempts made by him to woo her failed and he started calling her relatives to harass her. An uncle of the girl, complained after he received more abusive calls from him. Cyber crime cell of Coimbatore City Police has arrested him and remanded at Coimbatore Prison.
