Police to track illegal use of explosives meant for stone quarries

Coimbatore police have found that the explosives bought to be used in stone quarries have transferred to other persons illegaly.
During an operation, the officials have found that gelatin sticks and detonators were not purchased with proper records. Nearly five cases have been registered and a state-wide search has been initiated in order to track the movement of explosives to prevent it from reaching hands and to avoid illegal usage.
